About Me
Venus [ven-oos] is a board-certified pediatric dietitian nutritionist and advocate-at-heart for culturally, socioeconomically, and weight-inclusive nutrition. With training from Tufts, Stanford, and FARE, she subspecializes in empowering children of all ages with digestive and allergic conditions to live the fullest lives and push past their conditions’ boundaries, by building healthy relationships with food and their bodies. Through her passion for food, psychology, and cultural humility, her unique and individualized perspective on nutrition has been featured on media outlets such as CBS KPIX-5, Good Morning America, VeryWell Health, Motherly, Health Talks, Insider, The Conversation, and Health Professional Radio, as well as professional conferences.
